• Order cancellations are free of charge if they are done before shipment.
• If you would like to cancel an order, please get in touch with us with the details.
• Requests for cancellations are handled quickly during business hours.
• Orders cannot be cancelled once they are dispatched. However, they might be eligible for a return.

Refund Policy

Our goal at Green Zone Nature Ayurveda is to give you a seamless and enjoyable providing experience. We are aware that there are times when you need to request a refund for a purchase. To ensure your happiness and confidence in our goods and services, we've created a fair and open return policy.

If the order is cancelled, your bank account will receive the money back in 7–10 days. Please be aware that some banks require more time than this for the money to appear in your account. We will email you to let you know that we have received your returned item if you are returning a damaged product after it has been received and inspected. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or denied. In a period of 7 to 10 days, if you are accepted, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method.
